Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is of highest priority to us and If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will happily exchange or refund items, provided they are returned in perfect condition within 14 days. No refunds will be made without a receipt/proof of purchase or to third parties. All items are made by hand and therefore can vary slightly from photos shown. Natural variants will occur, which is part of the hand making process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us for any return questions at –

Damages and issues: 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong piece, so that we can resolve any issues.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items: 

Custom products (such as special orders, commissions or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
