DELIVERY

Delivery Terms

Please note that all items in my shop are handmade by me (just me) to order. Some items take around 2 days to make and as such please expect delays (of up to a number of weeks) with delivery. I may well be busy working on other orders already and I will do my best to schedule orders in as quickly as possible. However, I can’t guarantee exact time frames at point of ordering. Please plan your order as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. All customers will be given an estimated delivery date as soon as I am able to schedule orders in. I do keep my customers informed of progress once I have made a start on their order usually by email.

Very occasionally I may have some items in stock so it is always worth contacting me if you have a particular item and date in mind. Please note that this is not guaranteed.

POSTAGE

Postage prices are to Great Britain Mainland only.  Most items are sent by Royal Mail First Class – Small Parcel.  Due to the weight of the Doorstop, I use Parcelforce 48 for delivery.

If you would like delivery beyond GB Mainland, please send me a message and I will investigate the price.

PACKAGING

All items are packed carefully using recyclable materials.  The boxes, box fillers, tissue paper and tape that I use are all 100% recyclable.
